Background

Why we decided to take Shuffle apart piece by piece.

Shuffle launched in February 2023 as a crypto casino and sportsbook and grew fast on the back of its VIP program and its own SHFL token. In 2024 it was one of the first operators to receive a new-style licence from the Curaçao regulator. Loud marketing is no reason to take anything on trust, so we measured the offer ourselves: 49 football and 24 esports matches, odds recorded on 30 September 2026, between 1 and 13 days before kick-off.

We measured esports separately: Shuffle covers 14 titles and has its own Live Stats section. This is where the spread was widest — from 5.2% margin in Dota 2 to 8.3% in Valorant. Below is everything we found.

Editorial score

7.6/10

Editorial score · football betting

The strengths are crypto payments, VIP rakeback and streams next to the odds. The weak point is the 8.0% football margin: that is market-average, not an edge. No app, and an offshore licence.

Esports is one of the main reasons to choose Shuffle: 14 titles, Live Stats and streams. The margin depends heavily on the event: 5.2% in Dota 2 against 8.3% in Valorant.

Editorial verdict

“Shuffle is built for people who already hold crypto: money arrives in minutes, rakeback replaces points, and the match plays next to the odds. But you pay for that speed with a 8.0% football margin — on price this is an average bookmaker, not the best one.”

“A rare case where esports is not an afterthought to football: fourteen titles, up to 310 markets on a top Dota 2 match and streams on the site. But at tier-2 events the offer drops to a couple of markets and the margin goes up.”

What it gets right

Shuffle’s strengths.

  • +
Crypto and fiat in one place

BTC, ETH, LTC, SOL, USDT and SHFL, plus cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

  • +
    Deep esports coverage

14 titles including CS2, Dota 2, LoL, Valorant and Rainbow Six, plus a Live Stats section.

  • +
    VIP program with rakeback

Rakeback unlocks at Bronze — after $1,000 wagered. Sports bets earn three times more XP than casino play.

  • +
    New-style licence

Curaçao Gaming Control Board, OGL/2024/1337/0628 — under the reformed 2024 rules.

  • +
    Streams next to the odds

Match video and prices on one screen, with a pop-out player. For esports — streams of most CS2 matches.

  • +
    Live betting

Most of the offer is available in-play.

  • +
    Deep markets at tier-1 events

Up to 310 markets on a Dota 2 match, 220+ at VCT Champions, 140+ on a top CS2 match and about 115 on a Premier League game.

Honest disclosure

What you should know.

  • —
    No dedicated app

Mobile website only — it works, but without push notifications.

  • —
    Around 8.0% margin on football

That is market-average rather than an edge: across the top leagues our sample sat close to 8%.

  • —
    Few markets at tier-2 events

On tier-2 CS2 and Rainbow Six matches we saw just 1–7 markets, against hundreds at tier-1 events.

  • —
    Offshore licence

Curaçao is not the UKGC or MGA. Player protection is weaker than with EU-regulated operators.

  • —
    Unavailable in many countries

Including the US, UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Australia and sanctioned countries.

Bottom line

After hundreds of bets, our conclusion is simple.

Shuffle is a strong choice if you bet with crypto and love esports: fast payouts, streams and deep markets at tier-1 events. On price, though, it is an average bookmaker — a 8.0% margin on football. If you need an app-store app or a European regulator’s licence, look elsewhere. If you do open an account, do it with your eyes open: we have documented both the strengths and the trade-offs.
