Summary
Shuffle is a crypto casino and sportsbook launched in February 2023. It is operated by Natural Nine B.V. and licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board (OGL/2024/1337/0628). Its main strengths are payments in six cryptocurrencies including its own SHFL token, a VIP program with rakeback, and wide esports coverage across 14 titles.
You can watch matches right on the site — streams run next to the odds. The main downsides: no dedicated app, an offshore licence, and the service is unavailable in many countries, including the US and the UK.
People who already use crypto, bet regularly and value rakeback and fast payouts. Esports fans in particular.
Anyone who needs an app-store app or the protection of a European regulator, and residents of countries where Shuffle doesn’t operate.
Chapter 01Football marketsEsports markets
We tested the football offer on Europe’s top five leagues and the Champions League. Big matches carry all the standard markets: result, double chance, Asian handicaps and totals, both teams to score, corners, cards and player stats.
In our 30 September 2026 sample, top-league matches carry 111–117 markets (115+ in the Premier League). Outrights (winner, top scorer, relegation) are available, but the range is narrower than at long-established European bookmakers.
Esports at Shuffle is not an afterthought. There are 14 titles, including Counter-Strike 2, Dota 2, League of Legends, Valorant and Rainbow Six Siege, plus a Live Stats section with in-play statistics.
The spread is huge: we counted up to 310 markets on a top Dota 2 match, 220+ / 7 at VCT Champions and 140+ / 2 on a top CS2 match. At tier-2 CS2 and Rainbow Six events only 1–7 markets remain.
Chapter 02Odds quality
Margin is the number that matters most over time: it shows how much the bookmaker builds into every price. We recorded the odds from Shuffle’s own pages and calculated the margin ourselves: 49 football and 24 esports matches, odds recorded on 30 September 2026, between 1 and 13 days before kick-off. To calculate it yourself, see Odds explained.
| Competition | Shuffle margin | Matches | Markets per event |
|---|---|---|---|
| Premier League | 8.0% | 10 | 115+ |
| Champions League | 8.1% | 10 | 112+ |
| La Liga | 8.1% | 10 | 111+ |
| Serie A | 7.9% | 10 | 111+ |
| Bundesliga | 8.0% | 9 | 113+ |
| Counter-Strike 2 | 7.3% | 7 | 140+ / 2 |
| Dota 2 | 5.2% | 3 | до 310 |
| League of Legends | 7.3% | 4 | 85+ / 6 |
| Valorant | 8.3% | 5 | 220+ / 7 |
| Rainbow Six Siege | 8.1% | 5 | 1–4 |
What this means. A margin of around 8% is the normal market level — most operators charge about the same. Shuffle is clearly cheaper only in Dota 2 (5.2%), and most expensive in Valorant (8.3%) and at tier-2 events. Over a season the gap between 5% and 8% costs more than any welcome bonus, so compare prices before every bet.
Chapter 03Live betting
Most of the offer is available in-play. We measured the delay between placing a bet and acceptance, how quickly prices updated after key events, and how fairly cash-out was priced.
- In-play markets cover almost the whole offer: during our sample the live section listed more than 180 events.
- We did not measure bet acceptance delay — that needs a funded account. If you test it yourself, time it.
- Streams run right on the site: video and odds on one screen, and the player can pop out into a separate window. Which matches are streamed depends on your region.
- According to HLTV.org, on-site streams were available for 95% of CS2 events.
- The Live Stats section shows match statistics in real time.
Chapter 04Payout speed
We gathered the results of independent payout tests run by major review sites. Times are measured from the withdrawal request to funds arriving in the wallet. They depend heavily on the network: Bitcoin transactions take the longest to confirm.
| Source | Currency and test | Withdrawal time |
|---|---|---|
| Krypto-casinos | USDT (TRC-20) | ≈ 1 minute |
| Casino.org | ETH and LTC | instant |
| CryptoGamble | ~8 withdrawals, sessions in 2023 and 2026 | 2 to 10 minutes; ≈ 7 minutes in 2026 |
| Tokenist | SOL, LTC, ETH | under 10 minutes |
| Tokenist | BTC | 30–40 minutes |
| Covers.com | 3 withdrawals over 3 weeks | 10–45 minutes incl. network confirmations |
Bottom line: a typical crypto withdrawal at Shuffle takes 1 to 15 minutes; Bitcoin takes 30–40 minutes because of network confirmations. For the fastest payouts, use USDT (TRC-20), LTC or SOL.
According to CryptoSlate, a recurring theme in player feedback is withdrawals held “under review” for days or even weeks. Keep your support messages and screenshots.

Chapter 05Crypto and SHFL
Shuffle accepts BTC, ETH, LTC, SOL, USDT and its own SHFL token. If you don’t hold crypto, bank cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available.
SHFL is the platform’s token: you can play with it, and Shuffle puts part of its revenue into buying back and burning tokens. How it works and what the risks are is covered in The SHFL token explained.
Chapter 06Safety and trust
Shuffle operates under a Curaçao Gaming Control Board licence issued under the reformed 2024 rules. It is a legitimate offshore jurisdiction, but player protection is weaker than with regulators such as the UKGC or MGA: disputes with the operator are harder to resolve.
The service is unavailable in the US, the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Australia, Singapore and several other countries, as well as in sanctioned countries. Everything about the licence, identity checks and account security is in Is Shuffle safe?
