How Shuffle works: from sign-up to withdrawal.

The four steps every new player goes through, and the mistakes to avoid at each one.

Before you start

Shuffle is unavailable in a number of countries, including the US and the UK, and in sanctioned countries. Check whether betting with offshore operators is legal where you live — that responsibility lies with the player.

1. Sign-up

To create an account you need an email address, a username and a password. Use a unique password you don’t use anywhere else, and turn on two-factor authentication in the security settings straight after signing up, if it is available.

Always reach the site by typing the address yourself or using a trusted bookmark. Phishing copies of sportsbooks are a common way to steal accounts and funds.

2. Deposit

Shuffle accepts BTC, ETH, LTC, SOL, USDT and its own SHFL token, as well as cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

  1. Choose the currency and network. USDT, for example, runs on several networks — only send on the one the site shows.
  2. Copy the deposit address. Check the first and last characters after pasting it into your wallet.
  3. Send a small test amount if it’s your first time.
  4. Wait for network confirmations. The time depends on the blockchain, not the bookmaker.

3. Placing a bet

  1. Open the sports section and pick an event — a football match or an esports tournament.
  2. Choose a market: result, handicap, total and so on. The price goes into your bet slip.
  3. Enter your stake and check the potential return.
  4. Confirm the bet. In-play, the price may change — check your odds-change acceptance settings.

4. Withdrawal

  1. Open the wallet on the site and choose withdraw.
  2. Enter the currency, network and address of your wallet. A wrong network can mean lost funds.
  3. Confirm the transaction, including two-factor authentication if enabled.
  4. Be ready for identity verification (KYC). It may be requested, for example, for large amounts.
